6/5/2008: Wiki is created! It is easy to move stuff between pages and rename them, etc. so don't worry about getting it right the first time.

6/8/2008: Wiki is locked down. If you want an account, any user can create one.

6/10/2008: I also created a default account for people who want to browse without bothering to create an account. E-mail me for the info.
